T2 Data Platform
T2 Data Platform is an internal automation tool built and operated by T2 Tea Pty Ltd. It connects T2's business systems to run data workflows — syncing spreadsheet data, pulling analytics reports, and automating operational tasks.
How this app uses Google user data
T2 Data Platform requests access to the following Google services on behalf of authorised T2 team members:
- Google Sheets — reads and syncs spreadsheet data into T2's internal analytics platform for reporting and business intelligence
- Google Analytics — pulls website and app analytics data into automated reporting dashboards
- Google Drive — reads documents and files needed for data extraction workflows
The app uses this data solely to power T2's internal business operations. Specifically, it:
- Syncs Google Sheets data into T2's data warehouse for internal reporting
- Imports Google Analytics metrics into automated business dashboards
- Extracts document data from Google Drive for internal data pipelines
T2 Data Platform does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data to third parties. It does not use Google data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than the internal business operations described above. Data is only accessed when an authorised T2 team member explicitly connects their account.
Who can use this app
Only authorised T2 Tea employees can use this application. Access is managed by T2's Data & Analytics team. It is not available to the public.
Revoking access
You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.

Scope
This policy covers data handled by T2 Data Platform, an internal automation tool operated by T2 Tea Pty Ltd. It applies to data accessed via OAuth connections to Google Workspace and similar third-party services for internal workflow automation.
Data we access
When you authorise a connection, the platform may access:
- Your name and email address (for authentication)
- Spreadsheet and document data (for data synchronisation workflows)
- Analytics and reporting data (for automated reporting pipelines)
How we use it
Data accessed through the platform is used exclusively for T2's internal business operations:
- Synchronising data between business systems via automated pipelines
- Generating internal reports and analytics dashboards
- Powering data transformation and enrichment workflows
We do not:
- Sell, rent, or share data with third parties
- Use data for advertising, profiling, or marketing
- Store data beyond what is required for the specific workflow
Google API Services User Data Policy
T2 Data Platform's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data storage
Workflow data is processed and stored on T2's cloud infrastructure in the Australia East region. OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members via role-based access controls.
Data retention
OAuth tokens are stored for as long as the connection is active. Workflow data is retained per T2's internal data governance policies. You can revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by the platform by contacting the T2 Data & Analytics team.

Eligibility
T2 Data Platform is for use by authorised T2 Tea Pty Ltd personnel only. Access is granted by the Data & Analytics team and may be revoked at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use the platform only for authorised T2 business purposes
- Not share access credentials or OAuth tokens with unauthorised parties
- Not attempt to access data or services outside your authorised scope
- Report any security concerns to the Data & Analytics team immediately
Third-party services
The platform connects to services governed by their own terms (Google, Microsoft, etc.). Your use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as-is for internal use. T2 Tea Pty Ltd is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party service changes.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
